Recently, a new power semiconductor product for Power-MOSFET with a 1.5mΩ on-resistance that can withstand 40V for use in the automotive product field has been successfully developed.
In addition to the conversion of AC and DC, global rectification semiconductor diode products can also be used in areas such as preventing current reverse flow and circuit protection. It includes PN type FRD and SBD.
Recently, global FRD and SBD component products with ultra-high-speed switching, high voltage resistance and ultra-small functional characteristics have been successfully developed, which will become the focus of global market product demand in the future.
