1 W, fixed input, 3000 V isolated & unregulated duals output dc-dc converter

The E_S-1W series is an upgrade to the A_S-1W series. The input-output isolation voltage has been increased to 3000V, and the terminal pin configuration has changed, while all other specifications remain unchanged.
